Thank you for the great service. We had a screw in a tire. They didn’t have the right tire but told us if we could find one and bring it back they would be glad to put it on for us. We were headed home to Ohio so they worked us in and changed the tire. Didn’t charge much either.
Check engine light came on the other day and I went to Coastal this morning. Immediately after I got there, a young man came over and I explained the problem. He quickly scanned my truck and reset the light. No charge. Extremely courteous and knowledgeable young man. Great business.
I went on a Saturday morning. They were friendly, professional and the job was done quickly. I had my jeep & my Hyundai inspected and the oil changed in both. I have used them several times in the past. And will continue to go there. They are awesome.
I had issue while on vacation with a tire. I was very impressed with the business model. They proactively greet you outside as you drive up, access situation, then put you in line. (you can stay in car or they will move it). They have 3 bays in continuous motion and the mechanics can focus on just the repairs while communication is handled by customer facing staff. They work as a well oiled machine. For the 1.5 hours I was there they serviced over at least 20 vehicles.
